Hiya happy Thursday!,
Today to get the heart pumping I did Janetha’s 20 minute elliptical HIIT workout from her meals and moves blog, and boy did it work! would definitely recommend it, since the holiday I have been feeling a bit sluggish, so needed to get moving.
Followed by a lower body workout as I am still aching from Tuesday’s workout!:-
3 sets of 15 – leg extension
3 sets of 15 – leg curl
3 sets of 15 – step up’s with dumbells
After the gym, I had some rice cakes with lovely cashew nut butter – yum!
Dinner was a quick one as I had a massage client coming over, so I got some lovely lamb skewers that I picked up in our local butchers and had it with some cous cous. Desert was a Actimel yogurt.
